Hi, I’m Lea Sednaoui. Fruit of a melting pot of cultures, a gourmand at heart and a connector of worlds, my path has been shaped by curiosity, creativity and devotion.
With a background in sculpture and gallery work, my sensorial journey evolved from fine arts to food, from branding to cooking, and deepened through seven years of running a farm-to-table private dining company.
Each chapter has been rooted in reverence for terroir, tradition, and the table
as a place of memory and connection.
Mont Albor is a testament to this journey, culminating my passion for our soil, nourishing skill sets and deep interest in human behaviour.
