CHEWCHOOSE
ChewChoose began as a whimsical platform for seasonal food in 2015, initially inspired by Peter J. D’Adamo’s The Blood Type Diet®. With the winking prompt “to chew, or to choose,” its playful identity by Yi-Pei Wu at Eventual by Design highlighted the joy of choice and tone.
From 2018–2024, ChewChoose evolved into a London-based private-dining company, gently setting aside the blood-type lens to focus on provenance and seasonality. Its farm-to-table ethos became a nimble catering offer for the art world, private collectors, companies, and intimate hosts—from creative seated dinners to home delivery, parties, and weddings—composing cuisine led by texture and colour.
ChewChoose also launched a seasonal Dining Club, and the podcast Digest, with ChewChoose, exploring how food touches soil, body, and soul.
