THE BELMOND CASAS
Developed as part of the team at Storey Studio, the strategic positioning for the Belmond Casa project considered how an iconic hospitality house could extend its presence beyond destination and into cultural encounter. The work focused on situating the Casa project within a broader hospitality ecosystem, clarifying its audience, and shaping a narrative that would resonate with a new generation of Belmond custodians.
The strategy articulated the Casa project as a threshold experience: an intimate entry point into the Belmond universe. Through a carefully mapped desire and consumer journey, the experience was designed to bridge curiosity into belonging, transforming cultural engagement into long-term affinity. Rooted in heritage yet attuned to contemporary rhythms, the Belmond Casa becomes a space of encounter, and a catalyst for future loyalty and legacy.
